Private events are typically hosted at the shop between Monday-Saturday, beginning at 6:00 p.m.; exclusions may apply. All planning requests and details are approved by the owner.
Private wine tastings and wine dinners must be booked four weeks in advance of event date.
Gasbarro’s can host approximately 75 people for a wine tasting and a table of 10 for a private wine dinner. For a private wine tasting there is a minimum of 20 guests required.
Gasbarro’s routinely partners with a local caterer from cheese and meat displays to full-scale wine dinners. Gasbarro’s will secure a menu for client approval and manage all catering logistics. If client prefers to manage catering independently, Gasbarro’s must approve of the caterer as well as the logistics of delivery, set-up, and breakdown.
If your event requires the rental of tables, chairs, linen that are permissible within the space of the shop, Gasbarro’s will secure a rental quote for client approval. Wine racks and furniture may not be moved.
Live music is permitted but on a very limited scale and must be approved by Gasbarro’s.
Signage, balloons, elements necessary or thematic to the event are permitted.
Client has use of the shop parking lot as well as street parking in front of and behind the shop. Gasbarro’s will not hire valet service on the client’s behalf.
Based on the agreed upon quote with an estimated guest count, a deposit of 50% is due at event booking with the balance due at the time of the event.
