Columbia Winery Chardonnay 2014

[86 pts Robert Parker's Wine Advocate] The 2014 Chardonnay from Columbia Winery incorporates 5% Pinot Gris, 2% Viognier and 2% other white varieties, all of which were fermented in stainless steel and saw plenty of lees contact. Its medium gold color is followed by a charming, medium-bodied, forward Chardonnay that gives up plenty of honeyed fruits, brioche and vanilla (Jun 2016)

Winery's Notes: Columbia Chardonnay offers bright aromas of pear, apple and hints of tropical fruits that extend to the palate. A balanced acidity and integrated sweet vanilla oak notes create an elegant Chardonnay that is distinctly Northwest.
