Felsina Fontalloro Toscana 2010, 375 ml

This gorgeous red is 100% Sangiovese that has a ruby red color with rich and intense tones. It offers a variety of aromatic herbs accentuated with generous notes of tobacco, wet earth, black currant and licorice. The wine has a rich structure and weight along with elegance on the finish. The palate offers ripe cherry, forest fruit, mineral, herbs, anisette, and hints of cocoa. This is a medium to full-bodied wine with wonderfully fine tannins that are in balance with the fruit. The wine is aged for 18-22 months in French oak and then aged 8-12 months in the bottle. Enjoy now through 2026.
